1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of SCA Coach, a feedback and coaching service for UK GP trainees preparing for the MRCGP Simulated Consultation Assessment (SCA). SCA Coach is provided by 2061Health Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. The Service
SCA Coach provides structured written feedback on practice consultations across the three RCGP SCA domains: Data Gathering, Clinical Management, and Relating to Others.
Our service is intended for educational and training purposes only. It is not a clinical service and does not constitute medical advice.
3. Simulated Cases Only — Important Requirement
This is a strict condition of using SCA Coach.
You must only submit consultations based on fictional, simulated cases. This means:
- All practice consultations must use fictional patient scenarios
- Cases may be drawn from published SCA practice materials, fictional case briefs provided by SCA Coach, or other simulated educational resources
- You must not submit any consultation that involves a real patient or contains any real patient information
You must not submit any of the following:
- Real patient names, dates of birth, NHS numbers, or any other patient identifiers
- Real clinical information about actual patients
- Recordings or transcripts from real clinical consultations, even if you believe they have been anonymised
- Any information that could be used to identify a real individual
By submitting a consultation for feedback, you confirm that it is entirely fictional and simulated, and that no real patient information is included.
2061Health Limited accepts no responsibility for any breach of patient confidentiality arising from a user’s failure to comply with this requirement. If we become aware that real patient data has been submitted, we will delete it immediately and may suspend or terminate access to the service.
4. Your Responsibilities
When using SCA Coach, you agree to:
- Use the service only for its intended educational purpose
- Submit only fictional, simulated consultation content
- Ensure any colleague, friend, or family member acting as a simulated patient in your recording is aware their voice may be processed for feedback purposes and has given their consent
- Provide accurate contact details when registering or purchasing
- Not share, reproduce, or distribute feedback reports without crediting SCA Coach
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the SCA Coach feedback methodology for commercial purposes
5. Intellectual Property
All feedback reports, case materials, and content produced by SCA Coach are the intellectual property of 2061Health Limited. They are provided for your personal educational use only.
The sample cases published on the SCA Coach website are fictional and created by 2061Health Limited. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
6. Payments and Refunds
All prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required in full before feedback is delivered. We use a secure third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.
Refunds: If we are unable to deliver your feedback within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are not available once feedback has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with your feedback, please contact us at info@scacoach.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
7. Turnaround Times
We aim to deliver feedback within the timeframe stated at the point of purchase. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand. We will notify you by email if there is a delay.
8. Limitation of Liability
SCA Coach provides feedback for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific outcome in the SCA examination. Our feedback reflects professional judgement based on the RCGP marking framework but is not an official RCGP assessment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2061Health Limited’s total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or reputational loss arising from use of or reliance on our feedback.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described there.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to existing customers by email. Continued use of the service after changes have been notified constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
